This campaign supports our Community Fund, the most flexible and far-reaching fund at our Foundation. It empowers us to respond to the ever-changing needs of our region — from youth and seniors to health, housing, food security, mental wellness, and more.

Why the Community Fund?

Unlike designated or restricted funds, the Community Fund gives BACF the flexibility to respond to urgent priorities as they arise — both now and in the future. It’s a powerful tool for supporting innovative, inclusive, and impactful local initiatives.

Thanks to our generous donors, we successfully raised $100,000 in just seven weeks — unlocking $200,000 in matching funds.

While these matching dollars are now fully depleted, the impact they’ve created will continue to grow. Together, we have strengthened the long-term sustainability of our Foundation and unlocked an additional $100,000 in granting for 2025!
